A return will be processed only if it meets the following criteria:
- We need to be notified within 7 days of receipt of the item.
- Products sold on discount (sale) will not be accepted for return/exchange.
- Refund is applicable only for pre-paid orders. COD orders are not eligible for refunds but are eligible for exchange.
What you need to do:
- Send an email to customercare.iskastore@outlook.com or Whatsapp at +91. 83094.12371 along with your order ID stating your reason for returning the product. Attach a picture of the product.
- Ensure that the product is in its original condition and packing along with its tags, etc.
- Courier it to our office (address mentioned below)
What we will do:
- Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect the same for any damage or any signs of usage. If signs exist, the refund will not be processed.
- If it passes the inspection, we will take 4-5 working days to process your refund. The amount will be refunded to your account through the mode of payment that you opted for. If you opted for COD (Cash on Delivery), then, you will NOT be refunded but you can still exchange it. For prepaid orders, the entire amount will be credited to you.
What about cancellation:
Just send us an email within 24 hrs and we will cancel your order. No reasons required. Refunds within 4-5 working days.
